Petracek New Chair of Archdiocesan Pastoral Council

The chair of the Regina Archdiocesan Pastoral Council (APC) is usually elected from among its members but this year Archbishop Daniel Bohan asked Arnold Petracek of Esterhazy if he would take on the role. Petracek said it was the first time someone not on the council was named chair. He said he really wasn’t sure why the change but accepted the Archbishop’s request. “Have you ever refused an Archbishop,” said Petracek in an interview, smiling. Read More

    This week, I had the opportunity to hang out with some high school students as  we embarked on a  "pilgrimage walk".  We processed through parts of South Regina, with a group of about 70 teenagers, stopping at various points along the way to pray and reflect.
