Anastasia Young S.S.S. was appointed Director of Pastoral
Services for the Archdiocese of Regina in May 2005. Sister
Anastasia is a Regina person who joined the Sisters of Social
Service in 1960.
She has extensive experience in Spiritual Formation, Meditation,
Liturgy, etc. She has degrees/diplomas: Masters in
Theology - majoring in Liturgy at the University of Notre Dame, a
Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Religious Studies from McMaster
University in Hamilton, and a teaching certificate from Winnipeg and
Regina.
During the years 2001 to 2004, she was Spiritual Program Director at
Villa Madonna Retreat House in Rothesay, NB in the Diocese of St.
John.
During the years 1982 to 1999, she
was Director of Holy Spirit Centre, Hamilton, Ontario.
During the years 1979 to 1982, she was involved in Parish Ministry
at St. Teresa of the Child Jesus in Etobicoke, Ontario.
