June 17, 2010 Chancery office staff gathered June 17 for a final goodbye for Sister Bernice Daratha who officially leaves her position as Vocations Coordinator at the end of June. In an earlier interview she said after 11 years in the position that it was time to leave on to other things. Staff gathered in the boardroom, one of the largest gatherings of staff which speaks to the esteem office staff held for Sister Bernice, to wish her well in whatever the future holds for her She intends to take a year’s sabbatical and attend the Berkley School of Applied Theology and after that it’s whatever God calls her to do.
