May 7, 2009 The Pontifical Council for Inter-Religious Dialogue forwarded to the CCCB offices its 2009 Message to Buddhists, entitled "Witnessing to a spirit of Poverty, Christians & Buddhists in Dialogue". English French The Message was released by the Holy See on 3 April 2009. The feast of Vesak/Hanamatsuri is celebrated on 8 or 9 May 2009 but the date can vary from place to place and among different traditions. |
