January 1, 2010 Several hundred people braved the minus 30c temperatures to take part in Regina Archbishop Daniel Bohan’s annual New Year’s Levee, held in Holy Rosary Cathedral Auditorium. The Archbishop’s levee is an opportunity for people of the Regina Archdiocese to greet their Archbishop as well as other members of the Archdiocese senior administration and senior clerics. Archbishop Bohan was joined in the receiving line by Monsignors Ken Miller and Michael Hogan, Director of Pastoral Services Sister Anastasia Young sss, Financial Officer Deacon Barry Wood and Mrs. Wood and Reverend Art Vandendriessche. Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus were present in full dress ushering guests a few at a time to the receiving line where Monsignor Miller introduced them to the Archbishop. Monsignor Hogan and Reverend Vandendriessche each were recipients of Papal Honours December 8 and were invited by the Archbishop to take part in he receiving line. Monsignor Hogan was conferred with the honorary title of Protonotary Apostolic and received the title of Monsignor and Reverend Vandendriessche received the Holy Cross Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice (for Church and Pope) in recognition of their long and faithful service to the Regina Archdiocese. A light lunch buffet was prepared and presented by Holy Rosary Cathedral Catholic Women's League (CWL) under the direction of President Glenda Galvin. Frank Flegel
