Reflections on the Catechism of the Catholic Church
The reflections will return for Sunday, September 5.
Each week a short reflection on the Catechism of the Catholic Church will be posted. It will most often be a topic drawn from the Sunday readings. This reflection can be used a variety of ways: reading it at Mass, including it as a bulletin insert, or as resource information.
The #’s in the brackets [123] refer to the paragraph in the Catechism from
which the information is taken.
A reflection question based on the Sunday readings will also be included. The aim is to use the question as a time of faith sharing for meetings and gatherings in the parish during the week.

The Growing Faith Project
As part of the Vision Quest, the adult faith office will be implementing the Growing Faith Project. This is a resource developed by Bill Huebsch. It is a systematic and comprehensive resource consisting of 48 leaflets on various topics drawn from the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
The format is flexible and can be used in a variety of ways. However, consideration is being given to 6 modules of 8 leaflets each.
